Common questions
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Personal data is processed on a stated lawful basis, with retention periods you can configure and a Data Processing Agreement available on request.
Do card details ever reach ELVPro?
No. Every supported payment processor uses a hosted or redirect flow, so card data goes from the buyer to the processor and never through our systems. Callbacks are verified before an order is marked paid.
Can we prove who changed what?
Yes. Sensitive actions are written to an audit trail with the user, the time and the change. Roles are fixed at seven, with per-yard permission tuning, and two-factor authentication is available for every account.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
It is hidden, never deleted. Anything above the limits of your new plan stops being published and comes back the moment you upgrade. Export stays available throughout.
Do you track our customers across the web?
No. The built-in analytics set no cookies and no device storage, and the visitor identifier expires daily, so it cannot follow anyone between sites or between days. Optional third-party tags only load after a visitor accepts that category.
Will you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Write to us and we will fill in your supplier or compliance questionnaire and send the security documentation and DPA with it.
