What this covers

A live, machine-readable export of your catalogue at a stable URL, so a marketplace, a price comparison site, an advertising platform or a partner's own shop can pull your stock instead of you re-uploading it.

How it works in ELVPro

You choose the shape

Per feed: the format (XML, CSV or JSON), which columns go in and in what order, and the CSV delimiter — so the file matches what the receiving system expects rather than forcing them to adapt.

You choose the contents

Filters decide which parts a feed carries — by donor-vehicle make, by model, by category — so a partner sees exactly the slice you agreed to give them, and different partners can get different slices.

One opaque URL per feed

Each feed is served at its own address keyed by a random token, so you can hand one partner a link without exposing the others. A feed can additionally require an access key, and can be switched off without being deleted.

Always current

The feed is generated from your live catalogue at the moment it is fetched — a part sold this morning is gone from this afternoon's pull. Nothing to schedule, nothing to re-upload.

You can see who is fetching

Every fetch is logged with time, address and client, so you know whether a partner is actually consuming the feed and how often.

On every request	the consumer pulls on their own schedule and gets your catalogue as it stands.
Immediately after a change	publishing, editing or selling a part is reflected in the next fetch, with no export step.
On withdrawal	deleting a feed makes its URL stop working at once.

Why it matters

Getting parts in front of buyers usually means feeding somebody else's platform, and doing it by hand means the listing is stale the day after you upload it — you sell a part twice, or you lose one you still have. A live feed keeps the other side accurate without any recurring work.

What we don't claim

Feeds are available on Business and Enterprise. ELVPro produces the file; each marketplace still has its own field requirements and approval process. Feed access logs contain visitor addresses, so they are covered by the platform's retention rules.
