The problem

Plenty of software makes it hard to pause, harder to leave, and stays vague about what happens to your data when you do.

How ELVPro does it

Pause your account — admin access switches off while your storefront and data stay intact — and resume when you're ready. Or request permanent deletion: you confirm, we review, and a cancelable grace period (30 days by default) runs before anything is erased. On deletion, everything goes except legally-required records, which are retained for the statutory period and then anonymised.
